I enjoy finding the hidden views within the expected image of average items.  Most people have a hard time seeing things in a new way. It disrupts their standards and conventions. To have a viewer look at the world through my eyes via my camera lens is an exciting challenge to these standards.  People crave these new visions of the ordinary. Beauty and art can be found anywhere.  Sometimes, you just need a little help to find it.

Even as a child, I was always interested in art. My favorite classes in school were art and music. [To tell the truth, I hated gym class in elementary school.] In high school I participated in music and more art classes. When it came time to go to college, I went to UConn, where I took art classes and found photography to be my favorite medium. Capturing a point of time in my own way with my own vision is fascinating to me. I also thoroughly enjoyed learning as much as I was able in all different mediums. Being a student and creating all various kinds of art all day long was bliss. I created an individualized major which allowed me to concentrate on both painting and photography. Taking pictures is something most people enjoy. For me however, it is a passion.

I grew up in Trumbull, CT and have lived in various surrounding towns until the beginning of 2006 when I moved to Manchester, NH. I am hoping to take advantage of living in this beautiful state before we go back to CT.
